Abrar Program
Welcome to the Abrar Tahfeez Program at ICCD
We are pleased to welcome you to the Abrar Tahfeez Program at ICCD—a vibrant and growing initiative serving nearly 100 students, held every Tuesday through Thursday.
Our program is dedicated to nurturing a deep connection with the Qur’an. Students are taught proper recitation (Tajweed) in accordance with the way of the Prophet ﷺ, while also being guided in memorizing the Qur’an with care and excellence.
Beyond memorization, we place strong emphasis on Tarbiyah (character development), Tazkiyah (spiritual purification), and Islamic Studies, ensuring a well-rounded Islamic upbringing.
At ICCD, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming Muslim environment where students:
- Build meaningful friendships
- Learn proper Islamic manners and etiquettes
- Develop a love for the masjid and their community
We believe in creating not just students of knowledge, but confident, well-rounded young Muslims who carry beautiful memories and strong values.
The program is led by Sheikh Mustafa Abu Saif (Program Director) and Dr. Ismail Alzabi (Program Coordinator), along with a dedicated team of teachers including Sister Ghada, Abu Alata, Sister Iman Mahmoud , Sister Mona Afifi, Sister Meimuneh Sumadi, and others.
Tuition for the Abrar Tahfeez Program is $75 per month if you choose the monthly payment option. Families may also choose to pay for the full three-month semester in one payment for a discounted rate of $180 ($60 per month).
